Business networking in Southport is back!
Gee’s Connecting Businesses held its first Business Breakfast Club event at Bliss Hotel, on the Promenade in Southport, this morning.
Don’t worry if you missed it – two more networking events are taking place this November, one in the evening and one for all you early birds. People are being encouraged to book early, with numbers limited.
The first takes place at Bliss Hotel in Southport on Wednesday, 3rd November, starting at 5.30pm until 7pm. The cost is £10.
The second event takes place at Bliss Hotel in Southport on Tuesday, 16th November, starting at 8am until 9.30am. The cost is £10.
Event organiser Phil Gee, co-owner of Stand Up For Southport, said: “It’s time to blow the cobwebs off your business cards and get networking again!
“We have two events in Southport for starters, to get you back on track. Come along and get that sales pipeline bursting at the seams!

“We are known for our evening events but over the past couple of years our breakfast events have gone down so well that we are going to continue with them as well as restarting our evening dos.
“The idea for the Business Breakfast Club is that we meet up at the amazing Bliss Hotel in Southport at 8am, for a spot of networking and pastries in the comfort and splendor of their new ROOM venue, overlooking the Marine Lake and beach, including a round of 1 to 1s (no need for nerves).
“After the event finishes, everyone is welcome to stay and continue working in the area, with electric points and WiFi so feel free to bring your laptops.
“We all go to these events primarily to widen our network and we feel that our new format will enable everyone to build up some new contacts whilst getting to know people previously met, better!

“We look forward to welcoming everyone back to networking in a new format that you will hopefully really enjoy.
“Booking is essential, limited to 30.
“For our Business Networking Event at the Bliss Hotel on 3rd November, this will be our first evening event for a while.
“We would be delighted to see you, keeping everyone focused on building up your network.
“First time networkers are always welcome. We will meet and greet you and introduce you to people throughout the night.
“Tea, coffee and nibbles are available throughout the evening.”
