Voting for the 2026 Your Southport Stars Awards is now open!
Now’s the time to show your support for your favourite businesses.
Now in their fifth year, the Your Southport Stars Awards champion the businesses that help make Southport town centre a special place to live, visit, and work.
People can now vote for the People’s Choice Award by choosing the business they feel is most deserving in each of the 10 categories.

Alongside the public vote, the Business Leaders Award is selected by a panel and honours one business in each category that has demonstrated outstanding achievements over the past year.
There’s also the big prize of Business of the Year and the New Business of the Year award which celebrate new venues and ventures.
The Innovation Award will recognise a business or development that is contributing to the progression of Southport’s economy. The Special Recognition award will honour a business or organisation that has contributed positively to the town centre over the last twelve months.
In 2025, Victoria Leisure and The Windmill came away as the big winners, both taking home two awards on the night. Other winners included Waterstones, Volare, and United Legal Assistance.
The annual Your Southport Stars Awards is organised by Southport BID to celebrate the vital contribution and positive impact of Southport town centre businesses.
Winners will be announced during the awards reception at The Grand on Tuesday 14 April, when businesses will come together to mark the achievements of the last twelve months.
Voting closes at midnight on Tuesday 7 April.
