“I would also like to thank all our sponsors.

“There is no secret that rising costs, rising energy bills, has made life difficult for so many people and businesses.

“The Grand Pride Of Sefton Awards sponsors have put their hands in their pockets to make this event possible.

“Without these sponsors, we would not be able to do this.”

Stand Up For Southport Director Andrew Brown said:

“What an inspiring night! It was a privilege to hear so many fantastic stories of what people from across Sefton are doing to make where we live a better place for all.

“We had a room full of local heroes. It was great to see them take centre stage for once.

“The Grand looked absolutely sensational for the event. It was a beautiful venue; fantastic food; and superb entertainment.

“Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group invests a huge amount into improving our community and these awards are part of that.

“We have already begun work on next year’s Grand Pride Of Sefton Awards, which will take place at The Grand in Southport on Friday, 25th April 2025. If anyone would like to get involved we’d love to hear from you.”

In Demand Radio presenter and Awards host Claire Simmo said:

“I was delighted to not only host the Grand Pride Of Sefton Awards but also to be involved with co-organising such a fantastic team.
