A stylish Southport hotel has unveiled a delicious new invention for its Christmas menu – festive sushi! 

Most of us at this time of year relish the old classics. Roast turkey, stuffing and roast potatoes with all the trimmings. Followed by turkey sandwiches on Boxing Day and turkey curry the day after… 

But chefs at The Vincent Hotel on Lord Street, in Southport town centre, have decided to offer their diners something a little different this year. 

The Vincent Café & Restaurant has earned numerous accolades for its high standards of food and service over the years including recognition as one of The Times’ top 10 coolest restaurants in Britain, while also earning two AA Rosettes.

With hotels and restaurants in Southport looking forward to swapping national lockdown for Tier 2 in order to reopen their doors next week, festive feasters can look forward to The Vincent’s Festive Sushi Rolls & Tempura.

Brie, Pigs in Blankets & Cranberry Tempura are also now available.
