If you have just finished Year 11 and are collecting your GCSE results this Thursday, now is the time to enrol at your choice of College and secure your place for September.
Southport College enrolment runs 9am-8pm on Thursday 20th August 2026 and 9am-6pm on Friday 21st August 2026.
KGV Sixth Form College enrolment is Thursday 9am- 7pm or Friday 9am-4pm.

Southport College is a perfect place for vocational qualifications at all levels, including the prestigious T Levels. Enrolment runs from 9am-6.30pm on Thursday 20th August 2026 and 9am-4pm on Friday 21st August 2026.
If you have already applied you will have been sent an enrolment time via email, but if you haven’t applied, do not worry, just go along with your results anytime on Thursday or Friday and the staff are ready to help.
For students wanting to study A levels, A Level equivalents, or subjects such as Sport, Performing Arts, Animal Management, Uniformed Protective Services or Business then KGV Sixth Form College is the place to enrol.
Again, if you have already applied you will have been sent an enrolment time via email, but if you haven’t, just go along on Thursday 9am- 5.30pm or Friday 9am-4pm with proof of your results and the team are there to help.
A parent or guardian is welcome to come along with the young person, but students are also very welcome to come along by themselves or with friends who are enrolling too.
Full advice and guidance is available for students who need it and the college learning support teams and student welfare teams are also on hand.
The campus restaurants, including Costa Coffee will be open during the day for drinks and snacks and there is free on-site car parking (subject to availability).
So once you have collected your GCSE results, don’t forget to head down to KGV Sixth Form College or Southport College and secure your place for September.
