A brand new estate agent in Southport is launching with an unbeatable offer – by waiving their fee on the next TEN properties they sell!
The initiative by Sterling Estate Agency will save local people thousands of pounds.
The firm is run by Director Mark Jackson, a Southport resident who is also keen to support local charities such as Queenscourt Hospice and Southport Lifeboat through his work.
Sterling Estate Agency combines traditional estate agency methods with technology used by online agents mixed in with their own cutting edge marketing techniques to deliver a comprehensive service to sell your property for a great price and a timescale to suit.
The firm is based in Southport but also covers areas including Banks, Ormskirk, Tarleton, Hesketh Bank and Formby.
Mark said: “To celebrate our launch we have a limited time offer available for you to take advantage of.
“We are waiving our fee on the next 10 properties we are instructed to sell, saving you thousands of pounds! Yes, free!
“There are no strings, and no catches attached to this offer. We are going to be running at a loss, but we wanted to do something valuable for our community to introduce ourselves.
“We will provide high quality photography, a video tour, detailed floor plans and accompanied viewings seven days a week.
“We will also ensure prominent listings on property websites such as Rightmove, advertisements on our social media channels and we will be on hand day or night seven days a week to provide any property advice you need.
“All you need to do is request your free, no obligation valuation and we will take care of the rest.”
Sterling Estate Agency is also eager to donate proceeds of some of their property sales to deserving local charities.
The first recipient will be Queenscourt Hospice in Southport, which holds a particularly special place for Mark.
He said: “Every Quarter, I will be running a Facebook poll asking people to decide where the money will be going whether that is to Queenscourt Hospice, Southport Lifeboat, Southport Foodbank, the Community Link Foundation or wherever. We will then decide, based on what feedback we get.
“The first charity which we will support will be Queenscourt Hospice in Southport.
“My Aunt, Thea, was in there just a couple of years back. She was only in her 60s when she died.
“They do tremendous work at Queenscourt Hospice. Their end of life care is fantastic. It is an amazing place.
“Everyone has been hit pretty hard this year by the Covid-19 pandemic but charities get most of their funding through goodwill at their charity shops, which have had to close for most of this year, or through big events, most of which have had to be cancelled. They deserve our support.”
For Mark, building a business in a town where he has such deep roots is important.
His Mum attended St Wyburn’s School while his Grandad ran the Alan Shutterworth Dental Surgery in Birkdale.
Mark said: “My parents ended up moving to Preston when I was growing up. I moved back to Southport four years ago because my partner was from here. It’s bizarre the full circle we have done, but it’s great to be back and growing my business here.”
