Families in Southport are being invited to collect free plants to take home and reflect and pray for the children who lost their lives and all those whose lives were impacted by the Southport tragedy last summer.
The initiative is being led by churches in Southport and by Arden Lea Nurseries in Hesketh Bank.
Dave Gregg said: “Throughout the last year, there have been many memorable moments and initiatives that have sought to remember and honour the lives of Alice, Bebe, and Elsie, as well as express love and support to the families and everyone impacted by the attack.

“As we approach the anniversary, there is another opportunity, created through a partnership between the churches of Southport and generosity of Arden Lea Nurseries in Hesketh Bank.
“Around the town, outside various churches, you will find tables with beautiful plants made available by the wonderful team at Arden Lea.
“They are free for the local people to come along to take one, put it in your house or garden and maybe take a moment just to plant, pause and pray for all the families and our town.”
