What Is Southport Food and Drink Festival?
A ‘foodies’ paradise with a little something for everyone to enjoy. Stimulate your senses and try food from different cultures – you can enjoy crepes, gourmet burgers, hot wings, churros, spiral potatoes, paella and curry from the Street Food stalls.
Tantalise the taste buds by sampling the different produce around the event – handmade cheeses, sausages, sweet and savoury pies, chutneys and pickles are just a few of the delights that can be taken home.
Traditional British food is celebrated throughout the street food and producers with homemade pies, chutneys, local sausages, hog roast, and ice cream from a local dairy. The event is organised by the Sefton Council Tourism team.

Where Is The Best Place To Park?
Parking is available in the Southport Eco Centre next door to Victoria Park .
Friday / Saturday £2 per car, Sunday £5 per car. On-street parking available around Southport.
Parking Areas for Disabled Visitors – Available at the Southport Eco Centre.
10 minutes’ walk from Southport Train Station, with a number of bus services running to and from nearby Lord Street.
Is This A Family Friendly Event?

Children will love all the activities available in the Children’s Marquee.
They can also enjoy a range of bouncy castles and giant inflatables courtesy of local firm Bouncy Castle Parade.
Also available are water-based zorbs.

There is something here for everyone, with dozens of food outlets, and a row of food stalls.

What Is New This Year?

For the first time there will also be a complementary home and garden experience for visitors to enjoy, as part of the festival’s autumn theme.
Visitors can also enjoy a Craft Marquee.

There is a wide choice with a couple of cocktail bars, beer from Parker Brewery in Banks, a Cider Bar, a Prosecco and cocktail bar, Prosecco and win from the New Zealand Bar, and more.
What Is The Atmosphere Like?

Throughout the weekend the entertainment arena will host local bands and musicians, you can shade from the sunshine (hopefully!) and tuck into the amazing food and drink.
Sit back, relax, enjoy good food, admire the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere of the Southport Food and Drink Festival.
Is It Wheelchair Accessible?
The park is accessible for wheelchair users. The actual event is on grass but is flat and reinforced.
Can I Bring My Dog?
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on their leads.

Just a short walk away, enjoy the fun of the fair at Southport Pleasureland, or enjoy a trip on the Southport Pleasureland Miniature Railway.
Nearby King’s Gardens contains the beautiful Marine Lake, a model village, an adventure playground, fine cafes, and boats.
Lord Street and Southport town centre offer a range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
