The new guide to courses for adults at Southport College from September 2024 has been released, with a great range of courses to choose from.
Whether you want to re train or upskill with their counselling, accountancy, early years or teaching assistant courses, learn a new trade like plumbing, tiling or painting and decorating or pick up new skills whilst enjoying time for yourself with subjects such as floristry, crochet, languages or print making, there is course for you in 2024/25. Plus many of them are FREE!
There are also free Maths and English courses for adults, helping you get those all important GCSEs that you may have missed out on; a wide choice of ESOL courses if English is not your native language and Access Courses if you need to get the qualifications to head to University as a mature student. They are all taught by friendly supportive teachers and new faces are always welcome.
You can find out more and download the guide at southport.ac.uk or you can call in to the college and pick up a paper copy, but places do fill up fast, so once you’ve decided what you want to learn, be sure to apply for your place on line or in person, as soon as you can.
