The course takes place on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 9pm and runs for 12 weeks, starting on 23rd January 2024.
A Southport College spopkesperson said: “You will cover a whole range of topics at a beginners level, including the internet, word processing, spreadsheets and creating presentations, and it will also help you with daily IT related activities that you may not even realise you are already using!
“It’s taught in our purpose built IT classrooms, by our friendly, supportive tutors and is open to anyone who thinks they would benefit.
“What’s more, if you live in the Liverpool City Region (which includes the whole of Sefton) and are on a low income or in receipt of benefits, the course could well be completely free of charge for you (enquire for more details).”
