Southport College has hosted an Apprenticeship Conference as it celebrated the launch of its new apprenticeship brand – Compete.
The event on Wednesday took place during National Apprenticeship Week.
Southport College Vice Principal Stephen Musa said: “Wow! What a fantastic Apprenticeship Conference we had in celebration of National Apprenticeship Week.
“It was inspiring to see all of our talented apprentices in one place to discuss workplace wellbeing, resilience, and the impact they have as professionals.
“A huge thank you to our guests…
Calvin Eden from Loud Speaker – for being a brilliant host and delivering a session on personal branding and why it’s important.
“Abigail Huthwaite – leading an impactful session on resilience and the human mind.
“Sarah from Small Steps – delivered an important talk on how to spot radicalisation in the workplace and safeguarding.
“Our learners felt engaged and inspired, and have been equipped with information and resources to feel fully supported on their apprenticeship journey.
“We can’t wait to host more conferences like this in the near future and to continue building our apprenticeship community with apprentices and employers alike!”
