Calling all local businesses – can you help your local hospice?
Queenscourt Hospice is inviting firms to come on board as sponsors for this year’s annual Star Trekk walk, which takes place in Southport on Friday, 3rd May 2024.
Queenscourt Hospice Fundraising Manager Liz Hartley said: “Businesses both large and small provide fantastic support for Queenscourt Hospice, enabling #teamqueenscourt to continue caring for local people with life-limiting illnesses across West Lancashire, Southport and Formby when they need them the most.
“The funds raised from our Corporate Partnerships make a huge difference to our overall income generation, as we receive less than one fifth of our funding from the NHS, and therefore rely on the generosity of our wider community to help keep Queenscourt in service.
“With this in mind, we are reaching out to local businesses to seek immediate sponsorship for our fantastic Star Trekk night walk event.
“Our popular annual fundraiser is just around the corner on Friday 3rd May, and we are in urgent need of t-shirt sponsors to ensure that this year’s event is another resounding success for our charity.
