The new STAKD Bar & Grill burger restaurant in Churchtown Village in Southport is now open.
STAKD has opened at 48 Botanic Road, in the site where popular Italian restaurant La Tabella used to be.
The new venue serves “Proper burgers, cold pints, and live sport on the big screens.”
Owner Dan Smallman said: “We’ve created a neighbourhood burger spot that’s all about great food and a relaxed atmosphere.
“With Sky Sports across four screens over two floors, we’ll be able to show different live sports upstairs and downstairs at the same time, giving people plenty of choice.
“We’ve spent a long time developing our menu, especially our smash burgers. I worked closely with Mark at W Barton & Sons to create the right blend of British beef, and we’re really proud of the end result.
“We’ve also made sure there’s something for everyone, with plenty of gluten-free options alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes.
“We can’t wait to welcome people through the doors, and we’ll also be available on the major delivery platforms very soon.”
There is no need to book at STAKD.
For groups of 5 or fewer, they don’t take table bookings – just turn up, grab a seat, and they’ll look after the rest.
