Southport Comedy Festival in association with Halliwell Jones BMW have announced another big name for this year’s 17 day event at Victoria Park.
Award winning comedy legend, actor and writer Omid Djalili will be bringing his critically acclaimed brand new show Namaste to Southport Comedy Festival on Friday 11th October 2024.
Born in London to Iranian parents, Omid has performed with great success at the Edinburgh Festival, in numerous national tours, and secured a series of successful international television and film roles, as well as his own BBC entertainment series, The Omid Djalili Show.
Omid is the third name to be announced for this year’s 17 day event which will be held for a fourth year in a luxury heated and seated marquee courtesy of Elite Marquees at Victoria Park.
Omid will be joining German Comedy Ambassador Henning Wehn and host of smash hit podcast ‘Have a Word’ Dan Nightingale are already on sale with more exciting names to be announced soon.
