Pipeline Industries Guild Northern Branch raised funds for Elsie's Story at their 60th Annual Dinner in Manchester

Over £32,000 has been raised for Elsie’s Story through the generosity of people at an annual dinner in Manchester.

A huge £28,434.60 was raised at the event, which was made to £30,000 by Elite Event Group CEO Mark Dilley.

An Elsie’s Story spokesperson said:

“Pipeline Industries Guild Northern Branch raised funds for Elsie’s Story at their 60th Annual Dinner in Manchester.

“A HUGE thank you to everyone at the Pipeline Industries Guild Northern Branch for choosing to support Elsie’s Story at your 60th Annual Dinner in Manchester.

“Thank you to the amazing Nick Hibbard for putting us forward.

“We’re so pleased to share that an INCREDIBLE £28,434.60 was raised on the night, and Mark Dilley from Elite Event Group kindly rounded this up to £30,000, which is just AMAZING!

“They also did something a little different to finish the auction on the night. One of our Elsie’s Story candles was the final lot, raising an outstanding £2,100 but instead of it going home with that extremely generous person, it will now go on to other events and keep raising money.

“Such a beautiful idea that means one candle will keep creating smiles again and again.

“We can’t thank you enough for your support and for being a part of Elsie’s Story.”
