The last few months of the Covid pandemic have been really tough on youngsters.
Especially hit hard have been those who have missed out on celebrating leaving school and saying a proper farewell to their friends.
A Southport events organiser is now arranging a special Leavers Reunion this Summer so they won’t miss out on those special memories.
Kelly Bond is hosting the event for 2020 School Leavers at the Southport and Birkdale Sports Club (S&B) on Trafalgar Road in Birkdale in Southport from 7pm on Thursday 29th July.
Tickets are £23.50 each and include: a mocktail on arrival, a two-course meal, live entertainment, and professional group photographs of you and your friends.
K. Bond Events owner Kelly Bond said: “I have enlisted the help of S&B, they are going to be providing the venue. D’Vine Catering are going to be doing the food.
“Olibo are going to be doing professional photographs for the kids, and Mighty Radio are going to come and provide the entertainment in there as well.
“It’s a non-for-profit, passion project for me. It’s why the tickets are competitively priced – cost effective for young people and brilliant value.
“By using the highlighted events and entertainment vendors it means the event is supporting local, something else I’m immensely passionate about.”
“It is all about making sure that the kids have got something to look forward to.”
The event is subject to government Covid rules and restrictions. In the event of cancellation full refunds will be given.
