The successful Kalash Divine Indian in Southport is celebrating its sixth birthday.
The busy restaurant, famous for its authentic regional Indian cuisine, is going from strength to strength after expanding into the neighbouring building in November last year to provide a great offering for customers.
Kalash this week released this year’s Christmas Day Menu as it looks forward to a busy autumn and winter.
Owners Ranjeet Singh and Alvino Cardozo said:
“We’re celebrating six years of Kalash Divine Indian!
“From the day we first opened our doors to now, this journey has been made possible because of you – our wonderful customers.
“Whether you’ve been dining with us since the very beginning or have only recently discovered us, we are truly grateful for your support.
“Every visit, takeaway, and kind word has helped us grow, and we couldn’t have reached this milestone without you.
“Here’s to many more years of sharing delicious food, warm hospitality, and special memories together. Thank you for being part of the Kalash Divine family.”
Ranjeet Singh and Alvino Cardozo invested in acquiring and then converting the adjacent former Boulevard West bar late last year after their growing success.
The expansion means that Kalash Divine Indian can now accommodate bigger functions, parties and events, growing from 60 covers to over 100.
The extra space means that more people can now dine at one of the town’s top rated restaurants, which is situated at 1-5 Lord Street in Southport town centre.
Ranjeet Singh and Alvino Cardozo said:
“We always strive to keep improving the dining experience for our customers.
“We specialise in authentic Indian food, but with events we can also provide other cuisines too
“We are open for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, work nights out, corporate events and more.
“We are open on Christmas Day, and have created a special festive menu, showcasing the very best of regional Indian cuisine.”
