Sight loss charity Galloway’s has a jam-packed programme of virtual festive events for blind and partially sighted people this December.
As well as a seasonal quiz, a pre-Christmas warm up and a virtual pub social, the merry line-up culminates with a special Christmas party, featuring Lancashire comedian Jimmy Cricket.
Jimmy and his wife May Marion will deliver a 30-minute set during the Zoom party on Friday, December 18.
Andrew Coleman, assistive technology co-ordinator at Galloway’s, will also perform some swinging Christmas songs.
Tickets are £10 and include a small festive food hamper, which will be delivered before the event.
Guests can join using either their telephone, smart phone or tablet through the Zoom app.

The party is primarily aimed at blind and partially sighted people, their family members and Galloway’s volunteers.
Galloway’s, which has a base on Wright Street in Southpor town centre, is are a sight loss charity which has been supporting people with sight loss in the North West of England for over 150 years.
