Would you like to help to improve our local community by doing more in 2024?

Volunteer Centre Sefton is working with Stand Up for Southport to provide a monthly update on volunteering across the Southport and Formby area.

A new year is a chance for self-reflection and setting intentions for the year ahead. The act of volunteering aligns itself with many positive resolutions such as kindness, empathy, and social responsibility.

Whether it’s aiding the disadvantaged, protecting the environment, or supporting education, volunteering empowers individuals and communities to contribute positively to society. Embracing volunteering in 2024 not only benefits others but also enriches one’s own life in countless rewarding ways.
