You are invited to meet your favourite Roald Dahl characters in Wayfarers Arcade on Lord Street in Southport this weekend.
Gambolling Arena Theatre Company are going to be in the arcade with Roald Dahl’s amazing characters bringing to life the highly acclaimed stories with music and song on Saturday 17th September 2022.
There will be four performances, at noon, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
There will also be photo opportunities with any of the characters for children (and adults if they so wish) to take and share on social media.
Arcade Manager Yvonne Burns said: “Wayfarers Arcade is known for presenting entertaining events for all ages in the arcade and one of the highlights this year was the Mad Hatters Tea Parties we held at Easter.
“We are delighted to welcome back Gambolling Arena Theatre Company again to celebrate Roald Dahl Day in their unique and entertaining style.
“Through stories, music, and dance they will bring the stories to life. So, make sure you drop into Wayfarers on 17 September and join in the fun.
“The performances are free and there is no need to book.”
