Explore the very best of what Southport has to offer with the launch of the brand new Your Southport website!
The vibrant new site created by Southport BID showcases some of the many great reasons to discover what the town centre and BID businesses have to offer with captivating photography, video and content.
The launch follows the success of the Your Southport social media channels.
Since Southport BID launched the brand, less than three years ago, they have produced over 350 promotional videos and 500 photography posts for BID businesses.
The channels now sit at 41,000 followers, with a user engagement of over 2.3 million in that time.

Southport BID Head of Operations Luke Randles said:
“We’re delighted to launch the new Your Southport website.
“The site shows off the unique offer of Southport and the wonderful businesses community here in the town centre.
“We’ve had so much positive feedback from BID businesses regarding the Your Southport social media channels and the promotional videos, photography, and features that we have produced in recent years.
“Bertie Cunnigham, our Marketing Manager for the Your Souhport channels, has done an incredible job of showcasing the very best of our town centre.
“The new website takes this a step further and gives all this high-quality content a new home online.

“There are guides to bars and restaurants, family activities, shopping, and local stories from the first of our ‘Local Guides’.
“Details on business and developments are also featured. As the town continues to attract investors and diversify its offer, we wanted to ensure all this information could be found in one place. Visiting, living, and investing in Southport.
“This is only the start, and we have exciting plans to expand the site with much more content promoting Southport and our businesses.”

The new Your Southport website includes inspiration for days out, guides on places to eat, drink, and shop, health and wellbeing features, as well as information on business and upcoming developments.

Your Southport is another platform which showcases Southport town centre and BID businesses to local people, visitors, as well content aimed at prospective residents and potential investors.
There’s also the Local Guides feature, which features local people and business owners shining a light on specific elements of Southport life.
There are some exciting plans in the pipeline to add a lot more to the Your Southport site.
