EFT Group has achieved Investors in People Silver accreditation

EFT Group in Southport has achieved Investors in People Silver accreditation.

It’s a brilliant milestone for the whole Group — and, most importantly, recognition of the culture the team there is building together.

Investors in People is an internationally recognised standard that recognises organisations that support, develop, engage and value their people.

Achieving Silver demonstrates EFT’s commitment to creating a workplace where its people can develop, contribute and feel valued.

An EFT Group spokesperson said:

“For us, this is about our people.

“From peer-to-peer e-cards and Fired Up recognition, to Wellness Days, Family Fun Days, charity events, apprenticeships, development opportunities and community involvement, we want everyone at EFT to know that their contribution matters.

“And we’re seeing the difference.

“Employee engagement has increased from 55% to 81%

“Retention has improved from 60% to 79%

“These are figures we can all be incredibly proud of.

“But Silver isn’t the destination.

“As EFT continues to grow, our focus is on making sure our culture grows stronger alongside the business.

“We’re investing in our people, our workplaces and new opportunities — while continuing to create an environment where people are proud to work, develop and be part of the EFT Group.

“Our culture isn’t created by one department or one leadership team. It’s created by all of us.

“A huge thank you to everyone across EFT for the energy, commitment, support and hard work you bring every day.”

EFT Group Executive Chairman & Founder Adam Watts said:

“I am really proud to see EFT Group achieve Investors in People Silver.

“For me, the most important thing is that this reflects the culture we are trying to build across the Group. A business where people feel valued, supported, challenged and given the opportunity to develop.

“The numbers are encouraging too, with employee engagement increasing from 55% to 81% and retention improving from 60% to 79%.

“That progress doesn’t come from one initiative or one leadership team. It comes from the attitude, effort and contribution of people across the whole Group.

“As we continue to grow, the challenge is to make sure our culture grows stronger with us. More opportunity, better development, clearer progression and a workplace people are proud to be part of.

“Silver is a great milestone, but it isn’t the destination.

“The next target is Gold within 18 months.

“A big thank you to everyone across EFT Group who has helped us get here.”
