Families from across Southport are invited to enjoy a fantastic day of fun, entertainment and community spirit when The Rookery Community Day in Southport returns on Sunday 5th July 2026 in aid of Bebe’s Hive.
Following the tremendous success of last year’s event, organisers are promising an even bigger and better day out for 2026, with more stalls, more fairground rides and a packed programme of cricket matches taking place throughout the day.
The Family Fun Day will run from 12pm until 7pm at Southport Trinity Cricket Club, 63 Roe Lane, Southport PR9 7HR and promises something for everyone.

Visitors can enjoy live entertainment from local acts such as Hayley Murray, Kelly Bond, Connected Voices, So Talented and Express Performing Arts.
There will also be a huge variety of food stalls, family attractions and the opportunity to purchase their favourite Bebe’s Hive merchandise.

A major raffle will give attendees the chance to win some fantastic prizes, including Apple AirPods, a £50 voucher for The Atkinson and a £50 voucher for The Grand.
Cricket will remain at the heart of the event, with matches being played throughout the day, showcasing the sport and creating a vibrant atmosphere for spectators and players alike.

Bebe’s Hive is currently in the process of creating a dedicated creative support space in Southport for grieving children and families, following the loss of Lauren and Ben King’s daughter, Bebe, in 2024.
Everything they are building comes from a place of love, community and wanting to ensure children feel safe, seen and supported after loss.

Organisers are hoping for another outstanding turnout to help raise vital funds while bringing people together for a memorable summer celebration.
Admission is priced at £5 for adults and £2 for children aged over two years old.

Everyone is welcome to come along, enjoy a fantastic family day out and support a wonderful local cause.
