The Garden Ninja is the latest name announced for this summer’s Southport Flower Show!
The multi award-winning Lee Burkhill will be among a host of gardening, cooking and entertainment celebrities adding stardust to the 2022 event at Victoria Park in Southport.
The four-day floral spectacular, the biggest independent flower show in the UK, takes place from Thursday 18th August 2022 until Sunday 21st August 2022.
A Southport Flower Show spokesperson said: “We are so excited to announce that Lee the Garden Ninja will be joining us at the show on Friday 19th August!
“Lee is the ultimate garden guru who loves using his creativity to transform awkward and unconventional gardens.
“We can’t wait to see Lee there and to celebrate all things Garden Ninja!
“Tickets for the show are on sale now, kids under 16 go free!”
Garden Ninja Garden Design is based in the North West of England covering Manchester, Liverpool, Southport and Cheshire providing spectacular garden design services.
Lee Burkhill is an award-winning garden blogger, a presenter on Garden Rescue and runs his popular gardening YouTube channel.
The Southport Flower Show has already confirmed a packed programme of events for the four-day show which will ensure a fun-filled family day out.
Highlights include celebrity appearances by Strictly Come Dancing couple Janette Manrara and Aljaž Skorjanec plus Children’s TV star Justin Fletcher as well as arena entertainment and live music.
And there will be a wealth of gardening advice from experts including Adam Frost from Gardeners’ World, ITV’s Love Your Garden presenter Katie Rushworth and Daisy Desire, who is known to thousands of Instagram followers as the Drag Queen Gardener.
Visitors will also find inspiration in the incredible show gardens and floral displays for which Southport Flower Show has long been famous.
Kids go free at Southport and visitors can also bring along their four-legged family members with pet dogs allowed on the site.
The Southport Flower Show, sponsored by Home Bargains, is a registered charity. Early bird tickets are now on sale for £24 until Wednesday 17th August 2022, saving £3 off the gate price of £27. Children under 16 go free.
