Neil brings over 30 years of strategic technology leadership—including 19 years as CIO at Princes Limited — and adds outstanding depth to the AdaptiveComms leadership team.
AdaptiveComms is based on Hoghton Street in Southport town centre.

Neil Crew joins AdaptiveComms following a distinguished career in senior IT roles, including more than two decades at Princes Limited, where he served as Director of Group IT, shaping major digital projects and IT infrastructure enhancements. He also held high-impact positions at Mezzan Group, reinforcing his reputation for driving large-scale change and delivering technology-driven value.
