Volunteer Centre Sefton has lots of volunteering opportunities available

Guest Blog by Volunteer Centre Sefton

In 2026, Volunteer Centre Sefton is focusing on one simple idea: every contribution matters. Across Southport and the wider Sefton area, people are already making a real difference through small, everyday acts of volunteering — often without realising just how powerful those actions are. This campaign celebrates those local volunteers and encourages more residents to get involved, showing that whether it’s an hour of time, a one-off role, or trying a volunteering taster session, every act helps strengthen our communities and create positive change close to home. Check out the latest volunteer roles in Southport and Formby.
