Southport and Birkdale Sports Club is looking forward to welcoming families back for its much-anticipated S&Beer Festival this August!
This popular event will take place at S&B on Trafalgar Road in Birkdale, Southport, from Friday, 22nd August 2025 through to August Bank Holiday Monday 25th August 2025.
There is plenty for people of ages to enjoy with dozens of different beers; superb live entertainment; cricket matches; and much more besides.
Event organiser Chris Firth said: “We’re really excited about this year’s S&Beer Festival, which keeps getting better every year!
“It’s become a really popular event, with tickets on sale now from our website at; https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/sandbeerfest
“Last year over 2,000 people came to the festival, and we’re expecting even more this time. There’s always a great atmosphere at S&B.
“We will have around 30 different beers and ciders on offer; the marquee will be back; and we will have loads of live music every day.
“There is lots of entertainment for kids to enjoy too. This is a really family friendly event.
“We have different events happening each day, with different sports on show.
“On the Sunday we will have teams in a kids’ football tournament playing in memory of Alice, Elsie and Bebe.
“There will be a hockey tournament going on throughout Saturday and Sunday, and a squash tournament on the Saturday,
“You can sit back and enjoy some superb live music, with acts on from 6pm on the Friday, from 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, and from 3pm on August Bank Holiday Monday.
“There will be lots of food available too thanks to our on-site caterers, D’Vine caters, alongside other street food traders including 600 Degrees Pizza, JT AKSHAYA, JJ’s Caribbean Dining and Cake Corner.
“It will be a little bit like a mini food and drink festival, with lots of sport and music too.”
