I have to say… wow!

That’s the word I’d use to describe the brand new Southport Market.

On walking into the new market you’re greeted by the sight of the fabulous looking bar which is the centerpiece of the market.

It’s an absolute world away from the old Southport Market. It’s joyous to see just what a transformation has been made, it definitely has the wow factor.

It’s fantastic to see ‘local’ through and through with the new market.

From the amazing, local businesses situated within the market, serving up some mouth watering delights to set your taste buds tingling.

These people know Southport through and through and that’s what I think makes this place so unique.

There’s so much choice and so much space to sit and enjoy something tasty, even a refreshment or two.

It’s really nice to see Southport’s heritage pleasantly displayed with old pictures along one of the walls too.

This is only the beginning of something very special for Southport and at Sandgrounder Radio we’re very pleased to be able to tell you all about it.
