Sushi Fusion is hosting its second pop-up restaurant night in Southport this weekend.
The special event takes place at Enelle’s Glasshouse, on Bank Passage off Lord Street in Southport town centre, this Friday (26th November).
The first event was held last Friday.
Sushi Fusion Director Mark Sloan said: “The first night went well, we are looking forward to this Friday’s event.
“Tables are being booked up fast so people need to contact us on our number to reserve a spot.
“We had plenty of bookings in last weekend.
“People who had never tried sushi or experienced our food before all seemed to love what was ordered.
“The menu catered for everyone with traditional Fish & Chips and Big Burgers with Bacon, Hash Browns & Cheese to our Sushi Menu and side orders.
“Our team enjoyed working in this lively environment and we hope to be able to work together with Ennelle’s in the future.”
Sushi Fusion produces fresh, delicious sushi, which is made to order.
The business was launched by friends Mark Sloan and Russell Lamb during the Covid pandemic, delivering affordable restaurant quality food to people’s homes.
The venture proved to be such a huge success that they soon opened a restaurant inside Mere Brow Village Hall in West Lancashire, allowing customers the option of either visiting to enjoy a meal out, or continuing to order from home.
Tables this Friday will be available between 5pm and 9.30pm.
The evenings will have a real Japanese flavour to them, with guests then able to enjoy karaoke from 7pm, with the bar open until late.
The friends have created a very modern version of sushi, which does not include any raw fish options.
They are happy to tweak orders depending on any allergies or dietary requirements.
