One of the most stylish bars in Southport is reopening its doors this weekend.
Spender’s Bar, at 19-21 Scarisbrick Avenue, is looking forward to welcoming back customers this Friday.
Owner Paul Drewery has endured a tough few months with his popular bar among hospitality venues which have had to close over the past few months due to government Covid lockdown restrictions.
Now he’s looking forward to seeing everyone back for a busy Bank Holiday Weekend.
He said: “It’s been a long, tough few months, but the time has finally arrived!
“Our doors will once again be open this Friday from 5pm!
“Please send us a message for table bookings as obviously there are still limited social distancing numbers allowed for the time being.
“We are all eager and excited to get going again.
“We can’t wait to get back to keeping the people of Southport entertained and watered!”

During lockdown, Paul Drewery and his Flair ‘n’ Funk venture have earned rave reviews for their cocktail deliveries.
The good news is that those are going to continue.
