The Southport Creatives are hosting their next get-together this November with all local creatives invited.
The event will take place at Southport Market 6pm-8pm on Wednesday 25th November 2026.
The initiative is being led by local artist Emmy Porter, as a way of fostering closer collaborations and developing the thriving arts scene in Southport.

Emmy said: “Come and join us for our next meet-up!
“Southport Creatives is all about bringing people together, sharing ideas, making connections and celebrating creativity in our town.
“And here’s the thing: you don’t have to be a professional artist to join us!
“Whether you’re a practising artist, illustrator, photographer, designer, hobbyist, art student, or simply someone with an interest in visual arts, you’re very welcome.
“You don’t need to sell your work, have a portfolio or know anyone already. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to connect with fellow creatives.
“We’re building a welcoming community where people can support one another, share opportunities, collaborate and help Southport’s creative scene thrive.
“It’s informal, friendly and open to everyone. Come along, grab some food or a drink, and say hello!
“Please share the details with anyone you think might like to join us. The more, the merrier!”
