The winners and finalists will be honoured at the Grand on Lord Street in Southport on Friday, 25th April 2025.
Fitton Estates Director Graham Bowling MRICS said:
“Fitton Estates are delighted to be sponsoring the Sefton Arts of Awards again.
“Congratulations to all nominees on being recognised for your creative achievements.”
Last year’s winner was Red Rum Club.
Six local lads, who have been taking the UK and US by storm, while still supporting their local communities. Last year they played their biggest gig at the M&S Arena in Liverpool; had their name added to The Cavern Wall Of Fame; and were hailed on Elton John’s podcast!

One Finalist was Abbie Billington
Abbie and friends set up the Jacob Billington Trust to support young people with creative arts after her brother, Jacob, died in tragic circumstances. She raised over £20,000 last year to inspire local talent in music and create a fitting legacy for Jacob.
Another Finalist were the incredible Southport Hookers.
You can’t go far in Southport without seeing the incredible work of these guerrilla artists. Their designs bring joy to thousands with colourful postbox toppers, with a motto of ‘crochet kindness’.
Last year they created a Poppy Drape with 10,000 poppies in the Remembrance Gardens in Southport, as well as crochet artwork in Victoria Park to celebrate their 100th anniversary Southport Flower Show, plus a crochet Santa in Birkdale Village and Churchtown Village.
The Grand Pride Of Sefton Awards, organised by Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group and Stand Up For Southport, is an unmissable fixture in the Liverpool City Region events calendar, in association with In Demand Radio.
The ceremony will be presented by In Demand Radio presenter Claire Simmo.
All those on the shortlist plus category sponsors will be invited to a special celebratory meal in the beautiful surroundings of The Princess Grace Suite at The Grand in Southport while the awards are presented, with a stunning night of entertainment planned.
Nominations are still being invited across all 13 categories ahead of the closing date on 1st March 2025.
