Volunteering is a hugely important part of our community. Each day volunteers donate their time to their chosen cause to make Sefton a better place.

Volunteer Centre Sefton is working with Stand Up for Southport to provide a monthly update on volunteering across the Sefton area.

With the borough of Sefton turning 50 this year, Volunteer Centre Sefton and Sefton 4 Good have collaborated to create the 50 for 50 campaign.

We are asking residents of Sefton to give 50 hours of volunteering, do 50 good deeds, nominate 50 people for Sefton 4 Good’s civic awards Citizens 4 Good, and have 50 volunteers support one off volunteering sessions. The first two sessions are taking place in June.
