Scarisbrick Hall Rugby at Scarisbrick Hall School has been awarded the title of Lancashire Rugby School of the Year.

The accolade was announced at the Lancashire County Rugby Football Union 26th Annual Awards Dinner at Sedgley Park RUFC on Friday 9th June 2023. 

Scarisbrick Hall School Head of Rugby Tommy Banks said: “This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication, talent, and hard work of the students, coaches, and staff involved.

“Being recognised as the Rugby School of the Year in Lancashire is a well-deserved honour that highlights our commitment to promoting and nurturing young talent in the sport. 

“Our dedication to a positive sporting environment has undoubtedly had a positive impact on our students’ personal growth, character building, and overall wellbeing.

“We must thank the players, coaches, and the entire Scarisbrick Hall School community for this extraordinary achievement and the countless hours that they have invested in order to reach this milestone.

“We hope this remarkable accomplishment will be a stepping stone for even greater achievements in the future.”
