A Health & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer from Southport is inviting people to join her in taking the 21 Day Challenge.

Gill Lindsay, who runs Gill’s Nutrition & Fitness, will support people through The January Drop which takes place between 4 January and 24 January.

She said: “Are you ready to make some changes in 2021, but know that in the past you’ve struggled to stick to it? Then join our supportive community.

“Although I can help people with weight loss, because this is what most people want to achieve in January, I also help people with their nutrition.

“So if you’re feeling bloated and sluggish or you want to gain some muscle and get lean and toned, then my group can help you too.

“Invite friends and family to join you, as we know that people who are successful generally have a group of 3 or more people around them.

“You will get 1:1 coaching support from me, we will discuss your goals and put a plan in place so you achieve them.”

Gill Lindsay will add people to a private supportive community group of like minded people.

She will also provide:

Meal Ideas

Snack Ideas

Nutritional Education Information

Recipes

Workouts

Plus lots and lots of support and encouragement.

She said: “To register please book your free 15 minute call with me on 07951744493 or email:

gillsnutritionandfitness@gmail, where we can determine your goals and order your Herbalife Nutrition plan.”

Gill has in the past struggled with her own weight. She was always interested in Nutrition and  Fitness but despite following a healthy and clean diet, before using Herbalife Nutrition, she suffered with bloating and constipation and despite training every day for 7seven hours with clients she couldn’t shift her belly fat.

After a short time on the products she felt better and now she no longer feels bloated or suffers with constipation, she trains for a maximum of 45 minutes a day and has gone from a size 14-10 and maintained this for seven years.

Gill Lindsay says she feels more energised and in the best shape of her life at 53 than she did in her 30s.
