A stylish hotel in Southport is under new management as it looks forward to welcoming visitors in 2022.
The Lynwood House Hotel is now under the direction of Amanda Davey, who says she “simply loves” her new role.
The venue is situated on Leicester Street, close to Lord Street and Southport town centre on one side and the Promenade and seafront on the other.
Amanda Davey said: “We have 11 en-suite bedrooms and the hotel is self serviced so has a communal kitchen and lounge.
“We also have a three-bedroom apartment that sleeps eight with its own garden!
“The hotel has a golf room for charging trolleys and is well equipped for golfers.
“We have a Lynwood House Hotel page on Instagram, I would love to see people follow us.”

Amanda is looking forward to her challenge.
She said: “I used to be in the hospitality industry in my younger years, then I was a rep in the haulage industry.
“Then with a complete change I went to college in my early 30s and trained in the beauty industry – I owned my own business for 12 years!
“I then continued to work in the beauty industry from home and then I was offered to manage this beautiful newly refurbished hotel in the heart of Southport.
“I simply love being here!
“The Lynwood House Hotel is all self serviced so when booking online you are given a code to enter the property where your room key awaits in reception. Our guests have full use of the facilities in the communal kitchen and living room.
“We cater for families, couples, friends and a lot of golfers like to stay here as we have a fabulous golf room where we have charging stations for the trolleys.
