There are a number of jobs available at Silcock’s Funland and Silcock’s Pier Restaurant, both situated on the Promenade in Southport.
You can meet the team from Silcock’s, one of the largest and most established employers in the region, when the Sefton Jobs Fair takes place this week.
The Sefton Jobs Fair takes place in the Sports Hall at Southport College, Mornington Road,
Southport PR9 0TT between 11am and 3pm this Thursday (29th February 2023).

Operations Manager Serena Silcock-Prince said:
“We like to put the fun in Funland, and are appealing to students who may be interested in taking on Easter / summer jobs with us.
“We have full time, part time and seasonal roles available in our catering outlets, in our arcade and in our Prize Shop.
““There is something for everyone at Silcock’s. Everyone is welcome.
“We would love to see people come and become a part of our fun and friendly team.
“We are looking for cashiers, customer service assistants, retail assistants, catering staff, anyone with technical ability.
“We are hoping for a great response from the Jobs Fair at Southport College.
“There is lots of opportunity. We have a core team of around 30 people in Funland and in the restaurant with an additional 40 to 50 people in peak season.
“We are very flexible with people. We tend to be very popular with students because we are usually at our busiest at the times they are most keen to work.”
Silcock’s Funland and Silcock’s Pier Family Restaurant both stand at the entrance to Southport Pier, alongside the Victorian era Silcock’s Carousel.
The firm provides competitive rates of pay and has flexibility around shifts.
