A new Networking Group for Digital, Creative and Tech Businesses in Sefton begins this February.
‘Sefton Huddle’ will take place at Southport and Birkdale Sports Club, on Trafalgar Road, Birkdale, Southport PR8 2HF between 10.30am and 1pm on Thursday 23rd 2023.
The new networking group is being organised by InvestSefton, Sefton Council’s business
support and inward investment service.
As well as the chance to enjoy networking, guests will also be able to enjoy an update on the new Southport Enterprise Arcade which is due to open soon in Southport town centre.
One of the major ambitions of the Southport Town Deal project, it will see the £1.5 million conversion of the Crown Buildings at 9-11 Eastbank Street into a new high tech, collaborative and affordable workspace for small businesses.

An Invest Seftron spokesperson said:
“In 2022 InvestSefton consulted with a group of Digital,
Creative and Tech businesses to identify common issues and opportunities and business support needs.
“One of the most popular suggestions was for us to set up a facilitated networking group with topics led by members of the group.
“We are pleased to announce that we are now ready to launch this networking group with dates and venues sorted for 2023.
“This networking group will be relaxed and informal and the content and discussion themes will be shaped by the members. We hope you will join us!”
The format for the day will be:
10.30am -11am – Rock Up and Sign in
11am -11.30am – Networking
11.30am – 12.30pm – Discussion facilitated by InvestSefton and an update on Southport Enterprise Arcade
12.30pm – 1pm – Networking and Making contacts
