“Before the Coronavirus pandemic, we were doing lots of face to face interviews with people, but then we had to go online pretty much overnight.
“Now we conduct most of our conversations via online video on Zoom, on Microsoft Teams and elsewhere to make situations safer for people.
“We are still happy for people to come into our office on Hoghton Street in Southport town centre and we can have a socially distanced conversation.”
