People are invited to go back to the future for a nostalgic night of 80s Disco Bingo!

The event takes place on the opening weekend of the 2025 Southport Comedy Festival, with all the best 80s tunes – and 80’s fancy dress welcome!

80s Disco Bingo takes place on Saturday 4th October and is sponsored by Halliwell Jones Kia.

Funds raised on the night will go to the Southport Flower Show charity, which organises the annual Southport Flower Show and maintains the 34 acre Victoria Park in Southport.

Hosted by the one and only Brendan Riley, this isn’t your average bingo night. It’s a full-on disco party where you can dance, sing, and dab your way to prizes — all while raising money for a great cause.

Tickets are £10 each (plus booking fee) and are available here: Get Tickets

Doors open at 7pm, with the show starting at 8pm. Age: 18+

Southport Comedy Festival Director Brendan Riley said:

“80’s Disco Bingo is back! Inspired by the decade that taste forgot, it’s a really fun night out, with lots of people dressed up and really getting into the 80s spirit.

“Tickets are just a tenner each and a great way to get together with friends.

“It’s always a popular night at the comedy festival, hosted in style inside our luxury marquee courtesy of Elite Marquees with a bar and food available.
“Get ready to rewind time and dance the night away!

“If you’ve not been before, 80’s Disco Bingo is a high-energy, interactive evening packed with classic 80s hits, laughter, and bingo with a twist, all in support of the Southport Flower Show.

“Relax! Play bingo! When you want to have fun!”
