Big Comedy are proud to announce that Irish stand up comedian and TV star Ed Byrne will be bringing his critically acclaimed show Tragedy Plus Time to the beautiful Southport Little Theatre on Thursday 7th March 2024.

The show, which started with a month-long run at the Edinburgh Festival was revealed as the best reviewed show of the festival receiving multiple 5 star reviews.
It has now been extended into next year due to nationwide sell-out dates this autumn and he is taking it to Southport.
Ed’s brother, comedy director Paul Byrne, died last year of Hodgkin Lymphoma.
Attributed to Mark Twain, humour is defined as Tragedy Plus Time. Ed Byrne tests that formula by mining the most tragic event in his life for laughs.
