Andy’s Snack Bar has a very loyal following – my Uncle has been going for 40 years!
Whether eating in or taking away, the food, service and value for money are second to none.
The venue on Garrick Parade, just off Lord Street in Southport town centre, is family-owned, and it shows.
Andy’s Snack Bar is spotlessly clean and the staff there show an eagerness to serve.
It is as if the staff know most of their customers by name!
My favourite dish is two fried eggs, chips, beans and cooked ham.

All freshly cooked to order.
The chips are beautiful – home-made in the traditional way. Such a rarity these days.
And the home-made pies are excellent too. Meat, Potato & Meat, or Pork.
Take your pick, they are all delightful.
The prices are very fair.
PRO TIP: park in Morrisons supermarket car park just 100 yards away – you get three hours free parking.
