Shaun Huyton said: “I am much more than a locksmith. I am a qualified joiner by trade, with over 35 years in handling locks, repairs, and servicing, which really helps what I do.
“Many locksmiths can help people when they are locked out of their home. But I can offer far more.
“I launched the business in July because I felt there was a real need for what I do in the area.
“The response has been fantastic. I’ve got lots of work coming in, from local residents, local businesses, local property management companies.
“I have enjoyed going to some of the networking events in Southport such as the Sandgrounders Business Club, Real 5 and Shout Network.

“We have just completed a job in Crossens, fixing a smart lock into a lovely, arched oak door.
“The home owner contacted a couple of national locksmith firms who said the job just couldn’t be done.
“I love a challenge like that. I have been out and completed the work, and the client is delighted with it.
“That’s where 35 years’ experience in joinery helps. I have always wanted to be the best at what I do.
“Our prices are extremely competitive too, just £60 for a call out to gain entry with £80 between 5pm and 8am.
“Unlike some firms, we will always do all I can to try and unpick the pock rather than replace it, to keep people’s costs down.”
