Time is running out to vote for your winner in this year’s Merseyside Women of the Year Awards, with public voting closing at midnight on Sunday 1st June 2025.
More than 16,000 votes have already been cast since the inspirational list of finalists was announced earlier this month – celebrating women making a powerful impact across Merseyside in healthcare, entrepreneurship, education, community work and the arts.
Among the 2025 finalists is Southport’s own Sharon Gregory-Wareing, who is being recognised for her tireless work as an ASDA Community Champion, supporting local causes and bringing people together through outreach and fundraising initiatives.
Now in its 21st year, the MWOTY Awards shine a spotlight on the unsung heroes of the region, with the overall winner chosen by public vote.
This year also marks the third consecutive year of headline sponsorship by FPC, who are proud to back women leading with purpose and making a difference in their communities.
